Arby's - Spanish Fork

Poor service. I had the roast the beef sandwich and the beef was thick and tasted like spam. NOT GOOD. Management was too busy yelling at team members that it took 10 minutes to get my sandwich. Mcdonalds has better service and could get my food outfaster.

I went through their drive through a few days ago and i wish i hadn?t. Ive worked in food service for years and i know going near close is always annoying for employees so i tried to be as polite as possible. When i got to the window i asked the boySeth how he was doing and he was very short with me. Okay. I get a hard day at work. I waited a while for my food (a turkeysandwich and an order of the fish sticks with fries. I assumed they were making it fresh so i didn?t mind waiting. Then a girlwith blue hair who i think might be a manager opened the window, shoved the food at me and slammed the window closed. My frieswere old and my fish sticks were so old they fell apart when i picked them up from sitting in their own grease for so long. Iwon?t be returning to a place that treats people like this. Regardless of rough days or being close to closing time, no oneshould have an experience like this.

Fast service, hot food, excellent staff! Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the curly Pommes and the beef and Cheddar sandwich!

The service was excellent! I went in to place a to-go order, and the staff at the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were also very efficient! I live in Payson, and I prefer this Arby's because they actually slice their beef thin, just like it should be. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a great lunch at this restaurant. The parking lot can be tricky to navigate because of the new Target construction, but the dining room is nicely updated. The food, as expected from Arby's, is quite good.
