Írjon visszajelzéstI’m giving this place five stars mainly because of Max. My daughter and I came to pick up our mobile order, and I spent about an hour trying to figure out what happened to it. They had no record of my payment, even though it was pending in my bank account. The manager didn’t speak to me directly and had other employees relay his messages. Fortunately, Max was there and took the time to assist me by placing my order when the manager was of no help. Max, you have great customer service skills and you should consider becoming a manager because you have the potential to be fantastic in that role. If there were more people like you around, there would definitely be fewer "Karens" in the world. Also, a shoutout to the person who helped my child bring the order to me—sorry I didn’t catch your name. Keep up the good work, everyone!
There was definitely a wait in the drive-thru, but I was pleased to find that my order was correct. The staff was friendly, and I really appreciate that. It's challenging for many establishments to find enough employees these days, so I believe they're doing their best! It seemed like there was a long line of customers, probably due to the popularity of the Mexican pizza—I came specifically for that! Even when I returned an hour later, the line was still long. The food was delicious!
I really like Taco Bell! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The flavors are consistent no matter what you choose to order. The staff was friendly, and my order was correct.
We accidentally missed a cinnamon twist in our order. Although it was only a dollar, we were a bit frustrated. However, Dakota not only acknowledged the mistake but went above and beyond to make things right by offering us a little extra compensation for the inconvenience. We will definitely be back!
