Tacos Tijuana - Sparks

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was old and disgusting, and it was incredibly overpriced. The place looked run down, and the customer service was absolutely dreadful. I ordered tacos de cabeza, but when they arrived, I realized they were actually carnitas. When I asked about it, they insisted it was cabeza, but when they took it back, they simply added some fat and returned it to me, claiming it was an oversight. I found it repulsive and asked for a refund, but they refused! Instead, I opted for two asada tacos, which looked suspiciously similar to the previous dish. Ultimately, I had no choice but to throw them away. I can't believe I wasted $40 on a meal for me and my husband! On top of that, the staff didn't even seem to be Mexican, which might explain their lack of knowledge about the dishes. This place certainly doesn’t represent authentic Mexican food! I will definitely not be coming back. For genuine Mexican cuisine, I recommend Tacos Los Campesinos or Señor Tequila Miguel's, although they can be a bit pricey as well.

I ordered tacos—carne asada and carnitas. Unfortunately, the food was rather bland. They really need to improve the seasoning.

The food is decent, and the staff is friendly, but charging $4 for a taco seems excessive. They are pricier than other places that offer better quality.

We ordered one item but ended up with a completely different meal that didn’t look anything like what we had requested. The staff member at the drive-thru was rude and confrontational right from the start, and it only got worse when we returned the food to get a refund. She argued with us over our order and took an incredibly long time to process the refund. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The restaurant is clean; however, there are no bathrooms available, which is a downside for me as I prefer to wash my hands before eating. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. The pork was quite dry, and the pieces were too large for the small tortilla. Additionally, the asada lacked flavor. Overall, it wasn’t my favorite dining experience.
