Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen - Sparks

We ordered the 16-piece meal. The chicken was alright, the biscuits were a little dry, and the gravy for the potatoes was decent. I wish the cup for the potatoes had been filled more since it was pretty small. The coleslaw had a strange pinkish tint, so I decided not to try it. The sweet tea was tasty.

Normally a great spot to get quick and tasty food. However, today was a different story. The customer service was lacking and the drive-thru employee seemed unenthusiastic. My food appeared to be carelessly thrown into the bag, with the fry container at the bottom and fries just dumped on top.

I would not even give this restaurant one star, if that were an option. My order was messed up, so I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I emailed Popeyes and they forwarded my complaint to the store manager. After waiting and reaching out multiple times, I finally received a response weeks later at 9:30pm. The manager claimed they had been trying to contact me and asked why I kept reopening the complaint. I explained that I had never been contacted and the manager was rude throughout the conversation. My order was never fixed and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Went to the drive-thru and ordered the special ads 5 pieces for 6.99 I've seen on TV. They said they don't honor them anymore. I asked why. They said it stopped. I asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager that I just watched the ad before I went to the store. He said the special was over. Then why are they still showing the ad on TV. Manager just said that it is over and he can't do anything. Proceeded to tell me to order something or go because there were cars behind me rolling his eyes. Very unprofessional. Taking my business somewhere.

Don?t waste your money! Myself, two friends and a 3 year old, received a Uber order of , Beans Rice, Thighs, Breasts, Legs, Biscuit, Banana Cream Pie, (NO) Ice Tea?s Signature Lemonade. The chicken was too crunchy, a bit dry had no taste, the rice and beans no taste, our biscuit was very dry and hard, I don?t know how the dessert was, my friend took it home. We never got our drinks. The driver was excellent and did her job description service and was pleasant.
