Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Our server, Billy was great, the young lady who brought our food was wonderful as well. Food flavors were yummy too.The two reasons I didn't give a five star review was because of the size of the burgers. I was a bit under impressed with the quantity. For the price of the burger and the size of it I walked away feeling underserved. The endless fries are always good, but the main course is what I went in for. The second reason was the manager. It wasn't like he was rude to us in anyway, he just lacked a sense of friendliness.

They are just a little personal. 40% of the restaurants were empty and we had to wait 20 minutes to take a place. the food was great and the price was appropriate. the workers of waiting staff, runners and gm were very nice and friendly. left 50% tipp since becca was so beautiful. food: 5/5

Hands down one of the best red Robin locations where I had the pleasure to eat. it was very busy, and now I know why. the personal was very pleasant and on their game. our food was perfect. everything we ordered. very happy and will definitely be back. food: 5/5

This is a second commentary as a result of the observations of my man (will wright). we have tried their galleria situation in sparks, nw a few times, and always have bad service! this last time that this complaining was first published by my man, was the worst! we sit and our order became. but this is where the service stopped. we sat there and saw how everyone was served around us while we were waiting for our drinks (water and soda). my man stood up and told our waitress that we still waited for our drinks and she just cleaned him away and said they were right there. We sat for a longer and still no drinks! we finally stopped going and stopped telling the manager what happened out there. now my man gets a response from the restaurant via this platform, so we called the specified number and sat there. we have finally abandoned, just as we give up, ever going to a red robin! we do not appreciate being called a liar when they say “oh no, we strive to offer our best service” if they are clearly not!
