Domino's Pizza - Sparta

Typically, they do an excellent job, but my experience today was quite disappointing. I ordered a pizza through the app, and when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that it wasn't ready because the printer was malfunctioning. I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes, during which my pizza just sat on the shelf and got cold. The customer service was unprofessional—there were seven staff members working that night, yet they still couldn't manage to fulfill orders efficiently.

I wanted to surprise my wife with something unique for our anniversary, so I called Domino's to see if they could make a pizza in the shape of a heart. They really delivered! Not only did they create a heart-shaped pizza, but they also made the pepperoni into little hearts! My wife was so surprised, and she absolutely loved eating her pizza when I surprised her at work. I wish I knew the name of the lady who made it, but I want to say a huge thank you for going above and beyond!

Very friendly staff and clean facility all around. Delivery driver was very quick and polite. Great value for the price!!!

When I call my local Domino's, I expect to be connected to someone nearby, not to a foreign country where the representative has never actually visited a Domino's and isn’t familiar with the menu. Spending 17 minutes just to order two pizzas is absolutely outrageous.

We order from Domino?s a decent amount, and it normally goes okay! Yesterday, we ordered and got the wrong food, called to request the correct food. They claimed it would be on its way. I provided order and the foods we got delivered. The food nevergot delivered. I respect the nature of the holiday. And accidents. But, when they say they are sending out ?correct? .
