Barnet Park - Spartanburg

We love almost everything about Barnet Park but a few adjustments could make it that much better. Beautiful Amphitheater. Awesome landscaping and setup. The wife open space is really something to love. I love the art. Absolutely adore it. Bathrooms need to be way bigger and more modern. Love love love the splash pad but there's absolutely no shade. None. It's awful to endure while your children are playing. There is no pavilions close to eat under unless you walk across the park. Not very parent friendly. Bathrooms are far away as well. A playground would most definitely add to the enjoyment.

The park is very nice! but when they have an event there it's no place to use the restroom.

I recently attended an event at this restaurant that I did not enjoy! The venue is versatile, suitable for a variety of events from egg hunts to concerts to kite festivals. When not hosting events, the restaurant has a fantastic splash pad that livens up the city during the summer months. It's a great free space for everyone to enjoy.

This was my first time visiting Barnet Park since it moved to Spartanburg. I went there with a friend to watch the fireworks. The atmosphere was lively and we had a great view of the live band. I can't wait to go back.
