Mcdonald's - Spartanburg

COVID-19 CONCERNS!!! I sat by the window and noticed a group of employees laughing and mingling around, and NONE OF THEM WERE WEARING MASKS WHILE THEY WERE CLOSE TO MY FOOD!!! If you try to mention anything, you’re met with rudeness. It's just asking for trouble—seriously, how reckless!

We were in Hickory Grove for some shopping when my husband and our three kids decided to grab a quick bite to eat. It was pretty busy since it was lunchtime. Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets and fries we ordered were overcooked and not tasty at all, so we ended up throwing them away. We definitely won’t be returning.

The staff could use some improvement. The service was lacking. Despite this, I still feel like I’d like to return.

Eat always hot and fresh. My granddaughter always wants pommes? soon I have to get him a basket of his own

Employee turnover must be high. A new face every day it seems. Sometimes the food isn't cooked right or thoroughly. But 7/10 times is the better of the local mcdonalds
