Wendy's - Spartanburg

This is the first time I've had fresh fries from Wendy's in ages. They asked us to wait for less than a minute while they cooked them, and it was definitely worth the short wait. My daughter and son were so excited in the drive-thru, and the staff treated us with great respect. Thank you so much!

My husband, daughter, and I stopped by for lunch on our way to Florida from Tennessee. We weren't expecting much from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we stepped in. The dining area was spotless, and the food was fresh and delicious. However, the highlight of our visit was the two gentlemen at the counter, whose names I believe were Antwon and Kevin. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were especially sweet to our one-year-old daughter. My husband kept expressing how glad he was that we chose to stop there, as they made such a positive impression on him. Thank you both for the excellent service and your thoughtful "safe travels" wishes. We will definitely return when we're in the area again!

If you're craving Wendy's these days, it's a good idea to place your order in advance. The lines can be extremely long, and the service is quite slow. It might be due to new staff or younger employees still learning the ropes. Just be prepared to wait in line for over 20 minutes if you decide not to order ahead.

I've been here twice, and both experiences have been disappointing. During my first visit, we ordered slowly to ensure everything was correct, but they only delivered two burgers instead of the three we requested. On my second visit tonight, the person taking our order sounded as though they were in a terrible mood, and to top it off, we received the wrong burger. In short: don’t count on getting your order right, and prepare for mediocre food.

Cashier seemed stoned. Manager was trying to do his best, but no one person can fix that mess. Food was good
