Pizza Hut - Spearfish

I don't usually write reviews, but every time I've ordered from Pizza Hut in Spearfish, the staff has been incredibly professional and friendly! They really go above and beyond to ensure your order is just right. Highly recommend checking them out!

The online service is outstanding and user-friendly. The tracker provides accurate updates. On a very cold night, the walk from the parking lot was quite lengthy, but they simply called me when they arrived without any issues. The food was warm and delicious, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. I was truly impressed by the friendly service. It was such a relief on a night when I wasn't feeling well!

The service is usually quite good, but last night it was disappointing. The waitress seemed disengaged and didn’t really pay attention to our order, which led to some mistakes. The adults working during that shift also didn’t seem to care. Even the young girl didn’t check on us until we were about to leave. Unfortunately, we probably won’t dine there in the evenings again, as it was the worst experience I've ever had. They really need to have a crew in the evenings who are as competent as the daytime staff.
