Never had a burger that was more dried out than the ones we got tonight. Buns were old tasting half dried out. Meat was dry crunchy around edges with not a bit of moisture. Dry hard to eat meat was not

The lady at the drive thru had a bad attitude about taking our order.

I've never had any bad food out of this Hardee's, and the service has always been good, however, if you eat in the restaurant, it's pretty dirty. The whole thing needs a face-lift, but in terms of cleanliness, it's lacking. On top of that, there's never any ketchup or napkins available to the customers, so you have to actually ask for that stuff when you order, which is just silly for a fast food place.Customer service has always been on point for me, and good, hot food has never been an issue, but it needs a thorough cleaning. My advice is to skip eating in and just hit up the drive thru instead.

I pulled up to the driveup window waited and waited and waited. Never did get waited on so I left.
