Abbott's Frozen Custard - Spencerport

We absolutely adore Abbott's! Their custard is truly one-of-a-kind and exceptional. Many visitors to Rochester from around the globe often remark that there’s no ice cream like what they have back home. It’s a beloved treat for everyone. This particular location is fantastic since it’s right by the canal, and Spencerport really is a charming place! However, I can't give it a full five stars because the service we received wasn't as welcoming as it should have been. While entrusting teenagers to run the business might seem like a good plan, the staff we interacted with could benefit from more training. A company's success often hinges on the quality of its employees, so I recommend focusing on employee management. Best of luck!

Abbott's is fantastic! It's a charming little spot nestled in a quaint village. The ice cream is outstanding!
