Total relaxation. ..any degree would require, but I understand expensive bills. Bar prices and slightly high treatments. Cmq a nice experience.

The lack of management of flows of people for which on public holidays the pool, and especially the wellness area, are overcrowded (literally the files to enter the reservoirs and saunas / turkish bath), hot/cold water in the wellness area and the lack of services (use of space in the dressing room, hair dryer all heated and therefore not working). positive point, friendly staff. absolutely to avoid holidays, it is not worth the money spent, I hope it is better on weekdays.

We stayed at Bellavita hoping to spend a day in total relaxation on January 4th. The place is very nice, large spaces, nice the path to thermarium with choice between sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool and swimming pool which also extends outdoors. Cleanliness is really well maintained, even in the bathrooms and in the locker room, in short nothing to say about it. Friendly staff at reception (maybe a little less friendly at the bar but there is also to say that we arrived at the bar at a time of ressa . All very nice but I can't help but say I forget to forget the relaxation. People’s turnout is high, many families come with children (but I stress how children were the least disturbers . When we arrived around 10.30 in the tropical pool there was a lesson with music enlivened with very high volume (and I expected a nice background of zen music.. and it was not the only one of the day. We went to the wellness path hoping to find more tranquility, but despite the signs every few meters that invited to the “silenzio” there was a big baraonda in every where. People who spoke as in the square, people on the phone and sometimes even queues to access the chosen services. Not even a relaxing musical background. Oh, my God. Great responsibility is of ordinary people who care to respect the rules but on the other hand there is no one who recalls the rules. Here we say that this aspect has disappointed me because more than wellness park seemed to be in a water park with the addition of sauna and Turkish bath. I give 3 stars because despite the place is beautiful and well maintained the lack of relaxation has disappointed my expectations.
