Classic Burger - Spokane Valley

The fries are cooked in oil that tasted rancid, the burger was okay but the employees made it a horrible experience by their lack of customer service.

1/4/2022. 3:45pm. Whoever his name was cooking the food (hamburgers) undercooked them extremely. I ordered a double cheese burger. Came out in 2 minutes. Doesn 't matter the reasoning. Cook the patties for the full amount of time so the burger is cooked. Never had an issue. Was starving at work, went on my lunch for classic burger my favorite place to eat, I haven 't eaten here in a little while so I was pretty excited. Both patties raw. Another girl had the same issue and his excuse was the patties are more centered than regular patties so if they 're more dense wouldn 't it make sense to fully cook them instead of rushing them. Extremely disappointed. My burger was also thrown in my bag upside down and soaked the bag in juices. I didn 't have the time to make a big deal so I 'm writing a review. I wouldve rather have waited for 10minutes to have hot fully cooked food than to receive what I was given. Ridiculous.

Great burgers and customer service! High quality, especially considering the low price of the food. Definitely my burger stop of choice for the Mall area

Very very very slow service waited 1/2 hr just to take my order then another hr just to get my double cheese burger and fry that was cold from sitting...... not very happy waste of money
