Arby's - Spokane

This is the best Arby's in the Spokane area! Their beef and cheddars actually have a good amount of cheese sauce...seems like the other Arby's around Spokane are very skimpy. The lobby was clean, the staff were friendly and the food came out hot and fresh. I did a pickup order and it was ready exactly at the time I requested.

The food was excellent. The mac and cheese bites were delicious.

The restaurant was busy and the staff seemed to be in training. The soda station was dirty. However, the food was delicious.

We typically visit this restaurant once a week and spend around $45. This may seem like a lot for a single mother with three teenagers, but we usually find it worth the cost. However, during our most recent visit, I was quite disappointed by the unfriendly employee at the drive-thru. She seemed annoyed by having to do her job. When she handed us our food, I requested Arby's sauce and a drink holder for our four shakes. When she handed us the shakes, I politely inquired if they were Jamocha flavor, as they appeared lighter in color than usual. Instead of responding, she abruptly closed the window while I was still speaking and stared at me. This behavior was surprising, as the staff at this establishment are typically very friendly. Perhaps some customer service training and a reminder of the importance of pleasing customers would benefit her.

I need arby’s. (this arbys is amazing 10/10, I’m licking the screen thinking about arbys…… I need arbys. I only think about arbys. This arbys though… arbys on north division. It was so good. That’s all I need, all my illness will be gone. I love arbys. It’s so clean….. all the time. I can’t wait to dirty up this arbys from how good the food is;
