Froyo Earth Wandarmere - Spokane

This place is very clean and offers an abundance of fresh fruit to add to the froyo. I enjoy bringing my grandchildren here.

I'm not sure if I don't like frozen yogurt in general, or if it was the flavors I tried at this particular location (I typically enjoy ice cream almost anywhere). I selected flavors that included dairy and/or eggs, yet they tasted more like watered-down sorbet. This is a self-service establishment where you grab a cup, serve yourself the frozen yogurt, add your toppings, weigh the final product, and then pay. I automatically added a 15% tip during the self-checkout process, but then reconsidered who I was tipping and for what. I usually base my tip on the amount and quality of service provided, so in this case, it seemed unnecessary. I will be more mindful of tip prompts during checkouts at all establishments, even those that do not offer traditional service.

How frequently does Froyo Earth clean their frozen yogurt machines? Regardless of the flavor (regular milk, almond, soy), I have consistently experienced food poisoning after visiting this establishment. Both my family and friends have had similar experiences as well!

Update: The owner was very much on top of handling the situation. I appreciate the work he put into resolving the issue. Old review: Came in yesterday. I had $15 of rewards I wanted to renew for my wife and I’s yogurt. The computer was having technical difficulties and wouldnt recognize that I had any rewards. I showed the cashier my rewards via logging into my account on my phone. She just apologized, shrugged it off and I ended up having to pay the full amount. What’s the point of having a rewards account if you can’t even redeem your points and have to pay full price anyways?

Very clean and the staff friendly. The pistachio yogurt was tasty. A few dollars more than other places.
