Ihop - Spokane

I got every single meal wrong for our entire table. I used to be a waitress myself so I know it can be tough, but messing up every order for a table of 5 people when it's not busy and then refusing to fix it when asked politely is just unacceptable. That's a lot of people who won't be returning to eat here. We paid $100 for a disappointing breakfast with undercooked eggs. My child was just looking forward to celebrating with some blueberry waffles. Very disappointed.

The server was very accommodating, just as we had hoped. It was wonderful to return to the restaurant where my husband and I used to enjoy breakfast before the pandemic.

The food was delicious and served hot. Our hostess was exceptional, expertly managing tables even better than the waiter. We were very impressed with her skills.

We have enjoyed ihoppy hour to some very much because of the great amount of food (all was delicious, but especially because of our ingenious server jesse, which worked super hard in a busy evening with little help. he had a great job and made us welcome even if he coughed beyond the belief! excellent service! we're coming back!

Good, bad and ugly...the food was pretty good except for my toast with very little butter but did have a hair on it-that was the bad. The ugly? Waiting over 45 minutes for our food. They were somewhat busy, but it seemed like their to go orders were more important than getting food to the people who were dining in.
