Freebirds World Burrito - Spring

Customer-focused...unless you order delivery. Then it's not their problem and they won't do anything to solve it. Companies need to understand that if I order through the Freebirds website, I am doing business with Freebirds. If they choose to outsource or work with third parties, that is on them, but Freebirds needs to take better care of their customers.

Friendly staff, pretty decent food. Get the app, earn your points to use for free food. I wish they put a little more protein in the burritos, I always have to get the extra protein.
