Granny Dee's Kitchen - Spring

Wow, if you pay extra for substitution, you should get more than a skimpy serving very disappointing in portion size . would like to get my monies worth. Taste was good ?? just not enough for the mo ey.Food: 4/5

WORST FOOD EVER ! ! ! I’ve never had such unseasoned gravy, chicken wings, greens, or black eye peas. It was disgusting, like they seasoned it with water. Then the fish was thin and po built. The fish and shrimp was the only thing with season and it had too much. The peach cobbler taste like sweet bread and barley had peaches. They should’ve shut down during COVID, and I don’t know who granny she is, but keep her out the kitchen. 10/10 would not recommend ! ! ! If you want some good food go to D Ls Cajun Kitchen off Homestead.

The peach cobbler was amazing , We got an Oxtail plate and the fish platter it was sooo good. the oxtails were cooked perfectly falling off the bone and just the right amount of spice. fish was super tender and breaded perfectly. Definitely will be back !

Some of the best soul food I've had in a while compliments to the chef! And there was actually a grandma in the kitchen! I will definitely be back whenever I come to Houston again!Food: 5/5
