I?m not sure why the employee was more concerned with the type of transaction than the order. I ordered a 2 piece dark meat chicken meal. The chicken was very dry, stringy, over cooked and there was more batter than actual meat on the chicken. When did Popeyes switch from normal sized chickens to tiny Bantams? Popeyes chicken used to be moist, flavorful and normal sized, now it?s mimicking KFC with tiny over cooked pieces of chicken. Been a fan of Popeyes for a long time, but past 2 visits have been disappointing.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the food is stale and undercooked. The staff is unfriendly, especially the manager. As an assistant manager in a food company, I find the attitude and disrespect from both the crew and management to be completely unacceptable. I will not be spending my money at this establishment anymore. They handed me my food in a melted bag, with sauce spilled all over the bottom. When I requested a remake, they simply wiped the sauce off the food container and placed it in a new bag. Save your money and avoid this place.

I really enjoy their popcorn shrimp and fish sandwich, which is the main reason I visit. The fish sandwich is flavorful and I believe it tastes better than what the competition offers. However, they often make mistakes with my orders, so I've started checking everything before I drive away from the window. If their service were better, I would give them five stars, but that's not the case here.

Chicken is good, they are nice. Every time I go there they ask if I want to try the chicken nuggets. A bit repetitive. Twice I have gotten the chicken nuggets, along with a 10-15 minute wait in my car. That is ridiculous. I come to this location often and the location is good, other than the wait times. Who wants to buy the chicken nuggets when you have to wait that long for them?
