Banjo's B-que - Spring City

The ribs and sides at this restaurant are fantastic! The owners are welcoming, the facility is exceptionally clean, and the holiday decorations show that they truly care about the dining experience.

This is some amazing barbecue! It's the best smoked ribs I've ever had, and I'm from the South where we have a lot of great BBQ. They even smoke sweet potatoes, which are unbelievably delicious. We stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant while driving through TN. You can tell it's going to be good when you see the giant smoker out back with piles of chopped wood. The owner is a down-to-earth guy who has perfected the art of BBQ. Just make sure to check their winter hours, as they may be different from regular hours. Give them a call before heading over for dinner.
