Dunkin' - Spring Hill

I absolutely love this place! I stop by nearly every morning on my long commute to work. The staff is always so friendly. I’m giving it 4 stars because my drinks have been mixed up a few times, but that happens! I understand. They also adore my dad's dog, which he brings through the drive-thru. The people here are fantastic, and the service is great. I always feel welcomed, and I’ve never encountered any rude staff members.

The customer service is disappointing. The person who took my order didn’t even greet me; he just stared until I said good morning before continuing. I ordered a caramel macchiato but ended up with a regular iced drink that had no flavor. The staff here really needs some serious training.

This Dunkin' Donuts location is incredibly disappointing. Every time we visit, there seems to be an issue with the staff at the drive-thru. They often misunderstand our orders and frequently mess them up. Moreover, they are often out of essential items or provide us with something completely different, claiming it’s what we ordered, which shows a complete lack of listening skills. They should have remained at their previous location, as the drive-thru experience is severely lacking when they can't follow simple requests. The customer service here is very poor overall. I really think the management needs to recognize these issues and make some necessary changes.

Best and fast dunkin, to whom I have ever been. everyone here is also super friendly. I'm just shocked that this place around is phenomenal!

You ever stop for a coffee before a lengthy drive? It's real good for a while and you're enjoying it, and you're getting that blessed caffeine; then, as you approach your destination, you're a little thirsty so you go for that coffee but at this point it's mostly melted ice with the dregs of what's left of your coffee. You take that hesitant sip and it's just bitter, nasty ice water. I'm starting graveyard shift on a new job and I wanted a pick me up on my way out of town so I convinced myself to swing by the Dunkin near my house for a hit of that caffeine gold. Drive thru wasn't badly crowded, as it was almost 11:30 at night, and I ordered my usual: large iced americano, extra shot of espresso, almond milk sub, with shots of mocha and coconut gives an vaguely Almond Joy taste, love it . Anyway, I ended up with a...what? 32 ounce cup of that watered down dregs you usually don't suffer until the end of the cup. Absolutely painful to drink but I didn't have time to stop again and I needed the boost. Only reason I'm not bottoming out this review with the lowest score is because I know this location is capable of better. They've done well many times before. But this time...ouch.
