Burger Theory Spring Lake

I have been there 3 times and eaten there only once. The theme seems to be bad service. When I walk in I am ignored. I just won't beg someone to take my money. Apparently understaffed. Won't attempt them again.

When you first enter the restaurant you’re greeted with such a sweet waitress, her smile is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is $15, kids 11 under EAT FREE!!!! They offer waffles, pancakes, French toast omelettes made to order, plus they have the typical fruit, sausage, bacon scrambled eggs, oatmeal. The buffet is open 6:30a-11a everyday. Give them a chance, it’s good!!!

Great service from Stacy. The best chicken wings this side of the Niagara River. Excellent Cobb Salad. We love visiting Burger Theory’s outdoor patio with the beautiful views. A West Michigan treasure.

Awesome service! Food is great!Staff is knowledgeable and very customer oriented. We especially give kudos to Manny. He always made us feel right at home. Servers Stacy, Pam, Bridget, and Amari are amazing!!

We pulled up in our boat and let our guys off we ordered four burgers with french fries. We waited a long time my husband said the bartender is trying really hard to get our order out. We finally got our order and all four burgers were cold the buns were mushy from sitting, and the french fries were stone-cold. It's unfortunate because a couple days earlier it was a bit of a wait but really good. But for whatever reason they couldn't find the burgers and fries until they should have been thrown away and started over. At $14. a burger we were disappointed and most of it went to the trash. I usually don't give bad reviews but I am making an exception.
