It's Just Wings - Springdale

This is a terrible experience. I tried to locate the wing place only to discover that it was inside Chillis. When I got home, I realized that my wings were undercooked. Even though I thought about putting them in the oven, I didn't feel comfortable doing so. I wasted $26 on this and it was a complete disappointment. I will not be returning.

The hostess was slow to acknowledge and seat guests, especially for large parties. However, our server provided excellent service and the food was delivered quickly, hot, and delicious.

RIP off. Don't order thru Uber Eats. Take out or delivery. Customer service sucks. Never again. They can take my 14 dollars and shove it where the sun don't shine. Shame on you!

I ordered the 16 piece garlic parmesan and original flavor and it didn't have any sauce on either of them. The curly fries were cold and hard. I was very disappointed. Will never order from them again. Take my word. 31.00 gone down the drain. I threw it all away. SMDH.

The wings were supposed to be ready at 6:27, but they were not brought out to the car until 7:30. I called twice and both times they falsely claimed that the order was ready and waiting for a delivery driver. When I told them my daughter was waiting outside, the manager hung up on me. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
