Mcdonald's - SPRINGFIELD LAKES

The eggs were undercooked; this wasn't just a one-time issue, but a consistent problem. I've since decided to try other menu items and haven't looked back.

I called to check if the frappe machine was working, as it usually seems to be out of order. They confirmed that it was, so I went there 10 minutes later, only to find out that they still couldn’t make frappes. What a disappointment!

It was bustling tonight, but the service was excellent and the food was fresh!

Despite excellent serviceI had food poisoning but the manager refused responsibility and to remedy situation.This is typical of Maccers which only remedies those with medical certificates.Any other food chain gives refund or exchange but Maccers doesn't. Discraceful

Had a late dinner on 25th August around 8pm, we ordered via kiosk, foods came pretty quick lovely staff members. Wonderful customer service! Restaurant Manager should compliment them all free meals!Fresh, hot, and delicious! The meat and sauces are perfectly prepared~Clean restaurant, unlike other M stores.Thank you and keep up the good works!
