Guido's Premium Pizza Clarkston

Had a coupon for a free pizza.Redeemed it today for a Veggie and it was perfectly delicious. Pie was made with care and presentation perfect.Thank-you Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza included onions, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, green pepper and black olives.

The staff was young and had no clue how to speak to customers. Took my number down wrong and blamed it on the system. Did not have the ingredients to make my pizza, refused to make any accommodations to the inconvenience. Offered to remove that pizza from the order and that's it. I'm sure the food would have been great, or not, no way to tell. They kept the pizza the did have made and ready.

Ordered two pizzas 1lb of wings on a July Saturday evening. 55 minutes for delivery. No problem! Called after about 80 minutes of no food, 2nd person I was transferred to said our food was probably about to be delivered. Food arrived almost 90 minutes after ordered, baaaarely lukewarm. Had ordered extra bacon on BLT pie, almost NO bacon, barely any mayo, and browm-ish lettuce. Wings were room temp, but good. Guido 's is usually quite good, but this was unacceptable. Happy to give them one more chance. ?

The old world style pepperoni pizza ? was good, as was the Hawaiian and the cheese bread.

Website does not recognize their own coupon codes. Tried to order but wouldn’t accept. It also wouldn’t give me the option of paying in cash so I could show the store the coupon.
