Chipotle Mexican Grill - Springfield

Chicken was so salty I couldn't eat it. It was horrible!

DO NOT GO HERE!! DRIVE TO THE ONE IN DOWNTOWN SPRINGFIELD OR AVOID THE TRIP ALTOGETHER!!I love Chipotle. I eat here multiple times a week, but I will avoid this location at all costs. The food used to be decent here but in the past few months it has gone downhill. My food will be cold or the chicken will be inedible, but I still gave this place a chance because Chipotle is my favorite. However, yesterday, my boyfriend and I got chicken bowls and when we got home, the sour cream was SOUR. It tasted expired. I called the place today to inform them about it (by the time we got home yesterday they were closed) and the guy on the phone completely ignored my complaints. He insisted the sour cream was fine, however we couldn't even eat the food because we didn't want to get sick from sour cream that had very obviously gone bad. I wish I could warn everyone before they go here so no one else wastes money on food that had gone bad.

This is for sure the worst chipotle. I've ordered almost an hour ahead and they are late. Their tables are rarely clean. This place is poorly managed.

I was originally at jimmy john’s, but they were closed from a strange background. I decided to go over the road to chipotle. I just wanted to take a little home. After I got my order, the escaping was absolutely dirty. they had enough employees for at least one person to clean up quickly. when someone who worked 15 years in the food industry was clean to be always a top priority. these people just didn't seem to care. what a shame, because I doubt that I am back

The food that they did have was good.Overall it was very dirty and nasty. Food all over the floor in the dining area. Air vents covered in dirt. Even the vents above the food prep area. Bathroom trash all over the floor.My son had a pick up order placed, after a 45 minute wait had to cancel the order.
