Eating was surprisingly good, pizza and salatable both. many fun games for the children (young and old) to play. another thing I liked is that it was very clean. food: 5/5

Lots of fun and ChuckE actually comes out and dances with the kids and takes pictures.

Great place super clean. The animatronics were amazing. Sad that they are getting rid of them.

Terrible. No one was in sight when we got in. Finally, an employee came from behind. My mentally handicap client saves money to go there every year for his birthday. He just has a broken foot. So we stopped his card to recover it. Came back played for 5 minutes then the food came. We tried to interrupt it again, where we were told, we can only take a break. So he only had to use 11 minutes of his card. The staff was very rude about it and his money is was wasted. I even told them they had to have a sign for it!! You also work on the windows, so be ready to freeze there! We never had any problems before we rebuild. Prices rose to customer service went down. Spend a few extra dollars and go to scene 75.
