Fu Soun Chinese - Springfield

*Ordered via GrubHub* Before placing my order, I read the reviews and had a good idea of what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality at Ichiban. It exceeded my expectations and was definitely better than other places I've tried in the area. I ordered the simple lo mein and sweet and sour chicken combo. The plain lo mein was delicious, and the sweet and sour chicken was great as well. The pork fried rice had a flavor reminiscent of Puerto Rican rice, and the sweet sauce was on point, comparable to Debbie Wong. As someone with Crohn's disease, everything digested well, and I'm looking forward to ordering again very soon!

I am consistently impressed every time I dine here! The food is incredible. The fresh pineapples are delightful, and the iced tea is always a must-have!

The experience was decent, but not outstanding. If you're a fan of Chinese dumplings, you might be disappointed, as they offer Japanese pot stickers instead of traditional dumplings. It’s a bit confusing for a Chinese restaurant.

I ordered mad food and they gave me just rice and none of the chicken if ribs I ordered 0/10 don't recommend the rice was nasty and hard.
