Írjon visszajelzéstThe signs posted on the doors indicated that the restaurant was supposed to close at 9 PM, and the same hours were listed online. However, there was no indication anywhere that they would be closing two hours early. Just after 7 PM, they locked one door and placed a trash can in front of the other to prevent customers from entering. It leaves me wondering if they are understaffed and not offering enough compensation to keep the staff during business hours, or if there were multiple people sick, a special event, or some kind of emergency. It’s all speculation since the employee who put the trash can at the door was deliberately avoiding eye contact. Regardless of the reason, it would have been helpful to print or even handwrite a sign stating the actual business hours and display it on the door.
As the evening went on, the staff became increasingly rude. They were moving tables around us and even informed us that they had closed 20 minutes prior. They gave us unpleasant looks because, apparently, they had already shut down. Having worked in the food industry myself, I understand that while the kitchen may close at a certain time, the business itself is still very much open. Overall, I'm really frustrated with this establishment. The staff could benefit from a better attitude if they hope to succeed. If they don’t enjoy their jobs or can’t handle them well, they should consider looking for new ones.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would! The staff didn't seem pleased when I mentioned that our food was cold. They brought it back to our table in just two minutes, obviously having microwaved it, yet it was still cold and only lukewarm in the center. I'm really disappointed with this being my first experience here. This restaurant had previously closed due to negative reviews and has now reopened, yet it seems to still have the same poor management and lack of customer care.
I ordered a to go meal with NO shrimp due to an allergy and once I had gotten to work and opened my dish they did not pay attention to removing the shrimp. I called and spoke with manager BRIAN on the same day Nov. 22nd) and he said he would makeit right by mailing out coupons that day. Still waiting for this to be made right . I 'm glad I pay attention to what I order,since mistakes this big do not seem to be the concern of a the manager.
Tasty veg options. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu (costs extra). It was tasty and filling. I love that the online menu clearly tells you what's vegan. There's a vegan filter that displays all the vegan friendly options/combos (omittingthings, etc). A great easy quick option.
