Subo Sushi Burritos - Springfield

I have been coming here for months and realized that I haven't written a right-proper review on this place. This has become me and my gf's wager place where she'd swear so and so is in a movie and I think otherwise, we will wage winner enjoys a free burrito. The food is awesome, She loves the Caribbean and I normally order the Ninja but I think I might try the Caribbean next time I either owe or earned a free burrito. Nice quaint location with seating outside. One of the tables desperately needs repair, but doesn't hamper the eating experience, just something I've noted over the many times I have eaten there. I am a die-hard Sushi Pure guy but every once in a while you just want to shake things up and Subo fits the bill perfectly.

I love the food here. But the last couple times I've been here the service has been mediocre or absolute garbage. 2 days ago, I ordered food to pick up and was a bit early. The workers acted like it was an inconvenience to answer my questions. And we're downright rude when I asked if it was possible to get my order early. Then, instead of a simple I'm sorry, were too busy, but it'll be ready in time. I got a run around answer that I then had to ask more questions to actually get an answer. Today I ordered through GrubHub for pickup. The restaurant isn't supposed to close until 8. I was there to pick up my food at 7, and they were closed.

The two persons working there Saturday were just incredible humans. Totally made my day and the good was absolutely delicious. the Ninja and Black Widow run a tight competition for best. So good. The other locations to a fine job but go here for the extra good goods. Vegetarian options: Just about any of their items can be made to order and vegetarian AND vegan... Dietary restrictions: GF, keto, vegetarian and vegan options. I think you might even be able to do paleo at least mostly if you did something made to order.
