Subway - Springfield

I ordered online and there was a small mistake with the dressing, but the employee quickly apologized and even offered a cookie as a gesture of goodwill. I always appreciate someone who takes responsibility and tries to make things right.

However, when I got my order, they only gave me one tray of meat for my salad, which is ridiculous for a six-inch portion. I also added a large drink for $2.59, and with the 8.1% tax, my total should have been $15.65. But when it came time to pay, the manager said they don't actually offer salads and rolled his eyes when I expressed confusion about why it was on the menu. One of his staff members had already clarified the difference between a salad and a protein bowl, but despite that, I was charged $12.99 instead of the correct amount. Additionally, the menu states that protein bowls are priced like footlongs, with the board showing a footlong at $13.79. Yet, I received only one tray of meat toppings and ended up paying $18.90 for a small salad and a large drink. The manager refused to correct my order or refund me. Be careful with your order here; the math is definitely questionable at this Subway.

Based on Zach's cookie recommendations, I ended up purchasing three chocolate chip cookies and three raspberry cheesecake cookies, and both types were delicious. Thank you, Zach, for brightening my day! Keep up the fantastic work—I'll definitely be back! Subway should continue to hire exceptional employees like Zach, as it's clear they bring happiness to their jobs, which is essential for avoiding workplace issues. Highest praise to Zach!

Got a steak and cheese with ranch on it and got home and took a bite, didnt taste like ranch. Brought it back and they couldnt do anything about it because that's the new ranch they got but cant advertise that they use a new ranch. Will not be comingback. If I could give a 0 star I would. Very disappointed with this location

Subway in Walmart on sunshine, I walked in having a pretty rough day and the sweet associate, Willow, turned my whole day around by just asking how I was doing and listening to me rant for a second. She made my sandwich to perfection and made sure I got allI needed during my visit. She preformed EXCELLENT customer service. That girl needs a raise!
