Usually have a good experience with this Taco Bell, but there was a sign at the window that said they were closing early due to new software being installed. I don’t understand why they couldn’t put the sign at the drive through so that people don’t wait 10 minutes when no one ever greets them.
My family and I visited this restaurant, and it was a disappointing experience. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and some potatoes, but I never received the potatoes. When I inquired about them, they simply brought me plain potatoes without any toppings. My father ordered the deluxe box, but it was incorrect—his gordita was missing cheese and spicy ranch, and his burrito consisted only of ham and lettuce. My brother ordered three tacos, but he seemed satisfied with his meal, so I won't comment on that. The staff appeared friendly, but overall, I cannot recommend dining here.
It is corporate Taco Bell policy that if a customer orders a box of tacos (a 12-15 count multi-pack of the same taco) supreme style that the store making it is to make at least 50% of them as plain/standard (non-supreme style). So some will have the tomatoes and sour cream you paid for, and the others will not but you still get charged for all supreme. And how would I know this you ask, am I a former employee? No. But it happens at every Taco Bell I have ever ordered from. Every. One. Sometimes, you get zero that are supreme style. When you call to complain they don't even try hard to apologize for ripping you off as most people aren't going to pile back into the car and come back (and wait) to get their $6-$9 bucks back. Try harder Taco Bell.
I was in the drive-thru yesterday, my order lasted about 5 minutes, but the customer service that was given to me was excellent, I will come back.
