Wahlburgers - Springfield

We stopped by on our way home from the casino. I don't understand the lowish score, because this place is awesome. The staff is friendly and the establishment very clean. My husband got the BBQ burger and string onion rings. I got the parmesan truffle tots and the chili. He really liked the burger and the soft bun. The chili and tots alone were really good... but when combined created a delicious explosion that left me questioning HOW the combination was not on the menu. Overall a great experience.

Came in on Tuesday around a non busy time. Server Jada was friendly and attentive. I ordered the BBQ Bacon burger along with the sweet potato tots. Washed it down with a IBC root beer. Food came out pretty quick and the food was nice and hot. I was worried the burger would come out smothered in BBQ sauce, it wasn?t. I also had mine without the Jalapeños since they?re not pickled and properly too hot for me. The burger was a decent size. The tots were my favorite thing. Crispy with a soft center, good lord, I still want more. I?ve been to Wahlburgers in Coney Island and that was a disaster but this location redeemed the franchise. Sure it?s more than what you pay at another fast food joint but the experience and quality was by far more superior than your Big Mac at McDonald?s. Keep up the good work!

Went to Wahlburgers in Springfield MA this past Saturday, and I was impressed with the decor and how clean the restaurant was. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable on everything on the menu. The cocktails were to die for. The tots were amazing, not soggy or mushy. The flavors explodes in your mouth when you pop the tots into your mouth. The Burgers were good size and tons of flavor. Overall if you?re in the area looking for great food and service, this is the place to go. The Wahlburgers are a talented family from acting to cooking, Job well done Paul.

First time coming here with my husband and kids. The food was great not a big fan of the fries, but everything else was good. Our waitress Gloria was awesome she definitely catered to our needs. Definitely recommend anyone to come and will definitely come back.

When you first walk in it's a good atmosphere. Stuff is really polite. The waitress we had didn't really know the beer menu which she said it wasn't up to date on the menu. The food was decent for the price it wasn't worth it $16 for double cheeseburger. $15 for three small bowls of tots. $11 for an IPA. If you looking something for decent price with good food this is not the place. Two adults two kids came out to about $100 without tip
