Just got there new energy drink AND YUCK it ruined my day never left a review but felt like i had to now!!!!Food: 1/5

I love it here I been coming to this springville location since they open. But today was the 4th time I order a large latte and get it half full liquid and half full of just coffe foam. I think no body should be paying for a large and getting literally a medium. It's not about the money it's the service. Fix that please, sincerely a loyal costumer

Below is my initial review of this establishment due to the first employee, who I engaged with . it’s also important to mention that the second employee who brought my order and her customer service is why I change my review from a one star to a three star.Dear business owner, don’t hire staff that act inconvenience when your customers show up to order your product.

Terrible service from the staff! Every time I 'm in Springville I have to remind myself that the staff at this location is awful. I have not returned since the last time that I had an unpleasant experience with three of the staff members. Firstly, a staff didn 't know how to put in my order so she had someone put it in (pretty sure I only asked for their eye opener). The next employee said it was in and that I was good. I left to the bathroom and after I came out, another employee approaches me and says can I charge you again, she just deleted your order. As it turns out, the order had gone through and over the course of several days, I had to coordinate with my bank to ensure that I would get the original charge disputed and removed. After some time, it looks like the original charge was removed, but this error on the staff 's end took me several days to resolve. In the past, when a Starbucks employee has made a wrongful charge error, they have either given you the item they charged you for and/or your original request without an additional charge. Please consider any Starbucks locations before you come to the Springville B&B. I have also had way better experiences at other B&B locations.
