Jake's Brookside - Springville

Delicious fries! Crispy and served hot. We tried the Bomber, Philly Beef, and a kid's Hamburger meal. The Bomber patty was perfectly cooked—thick, hot, and juicy. The Bomber meal was substantial and could easily be shared; we would definitely order it again. However, the Philly and the kid's meal didn’t impress us as much. The Philly had too much bread and not enough cheese, although the beef was well-prepared. The burger in the kid's meal was dry, and the bun was too heavy for the size of the patty. On the bright side, there were plenty of fries included in the kid's meal, which balanced things out. Overall, we would return, but we'll stick to the burgers next time. A few things to note: the restaurant is located inside a convenience store at a gas station. You place your order at the cashier. The price of the burgers includes fries, and there is a small seating area near the entrance where you can wait a few minutes for your meal. We had about six people ahead of us and waited for around 15 minutes.

The grilled food is outstanding! We still have a few items to try, and everything we've had so far has been delicious and fresh. The staff are consistently friendly and polite. I highly recommend giving this place a try! (The English chips are fantastic!) Keep in mind, this is a gas station, so some people seem to expect gourmet dining and then leave negative reviews. If you're looking for gourmet food, go to a proper restaurant. But if you want fast food that's way better than McDonald's or Wendy's, Jake's is the place to go!

Chad Smith has been crafting the best cheeseburgers in the United States for over a decade. You'd never expect that the finest burger you've ever tasted could come from a gas station, but it truly does. Chad, who has been working there for many years, is exceptional at what he does, and you'll never be disappointed! Jake's Brookside also serves fries and onion rings that deserve five stars—they're incredibly satisfying and crispy, unlike anything you've had before. I highly recommend it—11/10!

I love coming here!! Whether you just stop, refuel or take a drink. You have a well drink special, a great little cafe and a super friendly staff! You also have some of the best riders around!
