Starbucks - Spruce Grove

I stop by this place for my regular morning coffee, and I'm always greeted by the wonderful Krissy! Her positive energy and friendly smile make my day. I only visit this location now because of her.

The staff here is friendly and the drink service is quick and efficient. However, the outdoor patio could use some attention. It was dirty all summer last year, and unfortunately, it's still in the same condition this year, with gravel scattered everywhere.

As I was about to leave, I noticed that my cake pop was missing. I considered it a minor issue, so I addressed it calmly and nicely. However, when I informed the team member about the missing cake pop, she didn’t reply and simply handed it to me with an annoyed expression. Due to this interaction, I’m unlikely to return, especially since I’ve had much better experiences at other locations where they have been exceedingly kind about small mistakes. On a positive note, the correct drink was quite tasty, which is why I’m giving this review two stars!

I ordered an oat milk latte, but what I actually got was more like a flat white. It was filled with large bubbles, probably because the steam wand was removed too soon during the steaming process. Furthermore, it seems the steam wand wasn't properly purged, and unfortunately, I ended up feeling unwell afterward.

I’ve been visiting this place for a couple of weeks to read and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and I want to give a special mention to Josh for his outstanding service. The drink quality is consistently excellent.
