Bisla Sweets, Restaurant & Meat Shop

I last visited this restaurant for curry three years ago and found it to be average. Recently, I decided to try their butter chicken and vegetable dishes. The chicken was watery and lacked flavor, greatly disappointing. The vegetables were overcooked and mushy. The naan was tough and difficult to chew. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

She offered to deliver a replacement to our house, but then asked how I would pay for it, which I found to be unacceptable. When I mentioned getting a refund, she stated that they do not give money back and even went as far as to say that I was wasting her time. She showed no remorse for the error and instead blamed me for the misunderstanding. As someone who works in customer service myself, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect shown by the owner of this restaurant. I do not plan on ordering from here again and strongly recommend choosing a different Indian restaurant in the city. The way they treated me as a customer was unacceptable, and I will be sure to let others know about my negative experience.

The four of us had lunch at the restaurant, each ordering a different dish and opting for family-style servings. Every dish was beautifully prepared with just the right amount of seasoning. It was a great value and we all left feeling satisfied.

We’re excited to find an Indian sweets place close to Shannon Falls but we’re highly disappointed by their poor food quality and lame service. We particularly found their goat biryani and dahi bhalla the worst, their vegetarian dishes were not bad but goat biryani spoiled...our experience. The goat biryani seemed to be a poor mix of vegetarian biryani and goat curry and dahi bhalla tasted like a rock solid wada with yogurt poured on top. We’re so disappointed by the food quality that we decided to skip sweets which originally drew us in to this place. I do not recommend this place.

Very nice food, came with family. Tried there veggie and chicken dishes was amazing. For desert we have ghulab jaman and I tried there barfi! Was so tasty. I came from surrey i never had these such awesome sweets like this. Reminding me of india....Also the staff was very polite and professional. Greeted our family with a big smile and positive attitude. Next time we come to squamish will come for sure !!!!
