Dairy Queen Grill Chill - St. Albert

I received a burger with undercooked bacon on May 18th at 6:30 PM. This will be my final visit.

I had lunch with my family at this restaurant, and we had a great time. However, I did notice a spider in another customer's hair, and when I pointed it out to her, she looked a bit surprised.

We took the family to Dairy Queen in Erin Ridge on Friday for some Blizzards and Orange Julius. Just look at this beautiful Orange Julius – I must say, it was quite disappointing.

This is the best Dairy Queen I’ve visited in a long time, and I’ve been to several. The fries were amazing—fresh and perfectly cooked. The Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious, and the Julius was excellent, just as it always is. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!

The experience was just as I had expected. The food lived up to my standards. At first, I thought the staff member appeared to lack enthusiasm, but I was pleasantly surprised by her skill in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, especially considering her age. The ice cream was served promptly, but we had to wait a little longer for the burger, which meant the onion rings had to sit under the heat lamp for a while. It could be beneficial to position the heat lamps out of customers' sight. Overall, both the onion rings and the burger were quite satisfactory.
