Papa Johns Pizza - St. Albert

We have ordered from Papa John's across Canada and the USA, and our recent experience was far from the high standards we’ve come to expect. The pizza had barely any toppings and was overcooked, with what little toppings there were all concentrated in the center. Here's a piece of advice: cutting corners and skimping on ingredients will lead to negative reviews and lost customers. Let's face it—it's tough to mess up a pizza! On a positive note, they issued us a credit, and if our next order meets the usual quality of Papa John's, we will update this review.

While we really enjoy their pizza and find it reasonably priced, the customer service is absolutely lacking! We placed a pre-order for pizza at 5 PM through their app, but did not receive it until after 6 PM. They completely overlooked our order, and it wasn’t until I made three phone calls and finally reached someone that they remembered we had ordered for 5 PM. I truly think this is the last straw for us. We've faced numerous issues with our orders in the past as well.

My husband and I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, jalapeño bites, a medium pizza (whatever he chose), garlic knots, and some Pepsi. We also received an assortment of dips and shaker seasoning. Although I usually love pizza, this time it was undercooked and the restaurant forgot some of the dips and the shaker. Unfortunately, it wasn't a very enjoyable experience. Hopefully, this was just a one-time issue.

Pizza it?s self was great. Very bad customer service. Took numerous times calling to have them even answer. Would not help fix an order and when they for got to give the door dash driver our drinks they blamed door dash so now I?m out pop and money andthey are out of a repeat customer!!

I ask for bbq sauce to be drizzled onto the pizza every time I order. Today when I ordered, the man on the phone said that there would absolutely be drizzle on the pizza. There isn?t, and it?s just annoying when you?re guaranteed something and you don?t getwhat you asked for. Will not be ordering from here again.
