Papa Johns Pizza - St. Albert

The self was great. Very poor customer service. Many times called to answer them. Wouldn't you help to repair an order and if they give the door to the dash driver our drinks that they knock the door, so now I? m from pop and money and they are from a repeat customer!

I ask for bbq sauce to be drizzled onto the pizza every time I order. Today when I ordered, the man on the phone said that there would absolutely be drizzle on the pizza. There isn?t, and it?s just annoying when you?re guaranteed something and you don?t get what you asked for. Will not be ordering from here again.

Overall score 6.1-Ordered a large thin crust Tuscan 6 cheese pizza. Was an average pie at best. Crust was dry and heavy, not the best I've had around. Too much sauce. Not enough cheese.

Papa Johns is one of our favourites in St Albert. The crust is good. Not greasy and a nice taste. It tastes like good crust! The combination of ingredients to create their recipes seems very good as well! Along with some of those sauces you can dip in, it is very good. I did notice on our last couple of orders, the topings were a little thin. I am not too picky on little details like that, but they were sparse enough that I commented to my wife and she agreed. I have no science or data behind this obs but it seems like they made a change maybe? Or if they didn't and i was putting up with 2-3 pineapples (at the most) on each ham and pinnaple then I was settling. Is it splitting hairs to suggest there should be 5 or more pieces of pineapple on each piece? I said to my wife that I will not order from here again. But the truth is I probably will because I would like to find out if this was just a bad day or two or if something has actually changed. Overall great pizza! But don't try to skimp on a few toppings.

I've never even considered Papa John's as an option but I thought I would give it a shot. I have to say, I was expecting something more like Pizza Hut (greasy) or Little Caesars (also greasy). I ordered in store and waited. The staff working were great. Very courteous and warm. As for the pizza itself, I was surprised. Wasn't at all greasy as I was expecting (and I ordered the Works), stayed super hot my entire drive home, and I could actually taste the mushrooms which for me is a good thing. For takeout delivery pizza, I would definitely go back on taste alone. I do find the prices to be a bit on the higher side but overall, if you're looking for pizza delivery, especially of you haven't tried PJ's yet, I'd recommend giving them a go.
