Save-on-foods - St. Albert

The man in the meat department on Tuesday afternoon was rude. I got the impression that I was bothering him by simply asking a few questions. Good customer service doesn't involve speaking harshly to customers. I ended up leaving the store and going somewhere else.

The pharmacy is absolutely wonderful. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Yvonne, in particular, was incredibly helpful with my recent and complicated prescription problem. I left feeling confident and well-informed.

This restaurant offers an excellent selection of dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are quite reasonable. I truly enjoy my dining experiences here!

Connor T is an outstanding employee. As a frequent visitor to this Save on Foods location, I come here several times a week and always look forward to seeing him. He greets customers with a positive attitude and a cheerful smile, providing excellent customer service every time.

I find it really inconvenient to choose dry goods when the delivery is only a day or two away. They seldom include any paperwork with the deliveries. There are often substitutions made without my consent, and sometimes items are missing entirely. The prices are disappointing as well. I can't order from the two stores that are much closer to me. Although the drivers are generally friendly, that doesn't make up for the overall hassle and time wasted because of SaveOnFoods.
