Sushi Yuzen - St. Albert

This cozy takeout restaurant really surprised me! The toro (tuna belly) was incredibly fresh and just melted in my mouth. The salmon skin cone was fantastic, and the Alaskan salmon roll was delicious as well. The tako wasabi also had a wonderful flavor. I love that they avoid using tempura batter or crab meat as fillers in their rolls, unlike some other places. I will definitely be coming back!

The restaurant appears to be mainly geared towards takeout, but I had an excellent experience when I dropped in unexpectedly to indulge my sushi craving. Their selection was significantly better than what you'd find at the supermarket.

Absolutely outstanding! The quality, selection, and portion sizes are all exceptional. This has officially become our favorite spot for sushi. Well done!

This restaurant offers some of the best sushi in town at an incredible value. While the dining experience is somewhat limited, I highly recommend placing an order for takeout or pickup. The prices are very reasonable.
