Cartiers Galley - St Anthony

We were two couples who came to st. anthony last juli and were looking for a place to have lunch in the late afternoon. cartier’s galley is a restaurant associated with haven inn, but they do not have to get a gast in the...inn for a meal. the restaurant had a very good list of meals: seafood, wings, meat or only suppe or salate. we had no problem finding a court to enjoy. the service was fast and the food we chose was presented on the dish and perfectly cooked. we had a quick and tasty lunch here.

We had the salmon dinner and cod cakes dinner. Both were good and reasonably priced. The server was very friendly and helpful. Given the relatively limited options in St. Anthony, this is a nice place to get a full dinner.

The restaurant may not offer gourmet dishes, but their home-cooked meals are quite satisfying. The turkey dinner provided a nice break from the usual fish options, and the Danish ribs were excellent. The service was also top-notch.

My party enjoyed a delightful and welcoming meal at this restaurant that we fondly remember. We arrived right when they opened for dinner and were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The menu was extensive, and when we selected the pork chops, we were offered the option of onions and mushrooms on top - which was delicious and tasted like a homemade meal. For dessert, we had pie and were entertained by watching tour buses arriving at the attached hotel. I highly recommend seeking out this restaurant if you are in the area, especially if you are looking for non-seafood options.

After a long day of driving, we wanted a meal close to our hotel in St. Anthony. Our hotel front desk recommended this restaurant.The restaurant was fairly empty on a Saturday night so we were a bit concerned. The menu features many home style meals. We tried the turkey dinner and the fish cakes. Both meals were good with large portions. Home made pies are also on the menu.If you're looking for a simple meal served by friendly staff then this restaurant fits the bill. Nice view of the Harbour from the restaurant.
