The brisket....what.....I never had it before ever and now it's all I want. It's almost like eating pork belly, except it's brisket. Everyday needs to be Wednesday so we can all enjoy. Their mac cheese btw RIDICULOUS.

Michael Brooks makes the BEST BBQ ever! He catered a party for me and everyone wanted to know who and where he was. The meat is smoked to perfection and beyond delicious, plus Michael is a super nice guy who wants to do his business right and he does, big time. Can't go wrong with County Road Provisions. I was a proud backyard pitmaster, serving my family and friends some excellent meats...until today. I had ribs and brisket from County Road Provision and I'm now questioning my life choices. I'm not sure I'll ever light my pit again. Way to go guys, I'm emotionally ruined.
