The staff there was phenomenal, kind, and very patient! The entire cafe was lovely: clean, modern, and you can tell the cats are loved and socialized and they are passionate about them being adopted to the right family. So many goodies to choose from as well, and they are non profit, so every cent goes back into taking care of these sweet cats. Def make this a stop on your trip!!!!
All I have to say is WOW!!! What a beautiful, amazingly wonderful spot. The rooms are so cheery and clean, the coffee and macarons are delicious, and ofcourse the cats take the cake! My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we will definitely be back. Everybody needs to come visit this nonprofit pronto! :
Amazing place. We adopted two kittens there (Noah Noelle). Staff and adoption process were amazing. Owner is very knowledgeable and cares about her cats. Would adopt again there without second thought. Great place, people, and well cared for cats. Thanks for the great experience.
Okay this place is PHENOMENAL! Cafe with Michael was amazing. David’s love and adoration for the cats was unprecedented. Facility was clean and for having 40 cats did NOT smell like cats.We had a blast! Can’t wait to bring our boys here to pick out our new family pet!
Unfortunately, many of the negative reviews are incredibly true. Please do not come here anticipating to adopt a cat or kitten, even if all the stars align (you’re a home owner, stable family life, three figure paying job, home often, etc.)My husband and I fell in love with one of the cats here, upon them opening one Friday morning. We filled out the application right there and had an interview with one of the employees, whom said everything looked great. We waited and did not hear anything so I reached out to the owner, whose reputation seems to be quite tainted on here. She told us that the cat was already promised to a family who had come in later on that Friday (we were there first and had everything in line), and that she would let us know what cats she had available. She seems way too intensive about this adoption process; I completely understand and respect wanting the cats to be in a good home, but the way she insists to have control and micromanage, even the best situation, almost seems like there’s something else going on in her mental/emotional state.Long story short, never heard back from her; I was ghosted by someone who has terrible separation anxiety from the cats she rescues. Awesome. Ended up going to another cat cafe in DeLand and adopting two kittens that were in a litter together; we take the best care of them, and our home has been filled with so much love and happiness (pictured below for some good vibes)! This place is alright if you’re looking to grab a coffee and pay to play with cats for an hour in a rather clean area. My biggest advice: Don’t fall in love.
