? Fate Di Pollo Scarpariello? By far one of the best meals I ever had here in Saint Augustine. This restaurant is very cozy, but most importantly the food and service are excellent. I recommend this place and I come back. For management: I would like to make a few comments that, in my opinion, the experience in your restaurant would be better. 1 . Change your napkins from paper to fabric. 2 . Serve the bread?Butter? at room temperature?. (It is better to spread on bread. 3. And last but not least, the bread content was a bit easy.

Absolute jewel! We wanted to eat in the city centre, but we had waited every two hours. In the end we found this place that was an absolute blessing. It was small, quiet and the food and wine was simply amazing. I need to bring my parents here when they come to Florida.

Service was fine, unfortunately the Tiramisu tasted like garlic. However, pasta, sauce and eggplant were AMAZING. We'll be back for more!

Food was amazing, but I saw the owner interacting with his staff. I talked to him that his food was great and I was out of town. I said the waiter was amazing! His answer was that I gave him a job. I answered .. are you jokes? I'm an entrepreneur myself. You can have a business, but you wouldn't have a business without your staff! I will never go back because of his ignorance, how to treat people! He worked up that he could finally open for lunch, I said well, that is a sign how you treat your staff. Big boy waiting for me! Ignorant Business owner he lost my business with his mentality!

It is very seldom I write a review about anything, when I do the food is either out of this world or should never have been served. In my case I have eaten at Gusto Bistro Italiano and Wine Bar five or six times and it gets better each time. My latest visit I hosted my brother his wife, and my daughter and her family. I must tell you the food and service was the best I have experienced while living in St. Augustine. I believe you get what you pay for. I did not feel that I was not over charged for a great meal. Joe
