Írjon visszajelzéstI ordered a deluxe box through DoorDash, but it only contained two items. It was supposed to come with one drink, but I received two instead, and they weren't what I wanted. I'm quite disappointed.
The tacos I received were poorly wrapped, resulting in a chaotic mess at the bottom of the bag. Everything was mixed together with napkins and sauce packets, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. I’m also concerned about hygiene, as the food had likely been handled without gloves and left out for a while. Overall, I rate the food 1 out of 5.
This restaurant could use some improvement in customer service. Upon arrival, I found a sign indicating that the lobby was closed, but it would have been helpful to have a more visible notice outside. I parked, walked to the entrance only to discover that the doors were locked. It was frustrating to have to go back to my car, especially when a simple sign could have prevented this inconvenience. It makes you wonder how customers feel about having to deal with locked doors when they should be able to enter. Parking is also an issue; the area should not be inconvenient when the door is always locked.
I don't recommend this store for mobile orders. Several times I've ordered online only to find out when I get there that they are out of the items I ordered or completely closed. Otherwise service and food are typical of most stores.
Place my order through Uber Eats. Driver called and said they were out of hamburger offered to substitute steak or chicken did not take the substitute so cancel the order. Don't see how restaurant can run out of something that is their main course other recipes. Due to the lack of ordering per management I'm out money because the restaurant started my order and Uber Eats will no longer give me my refund. If I could get less of one star I would
