Chris is an incredible chef! had this Monday special. me too. incredible safe meal!

Chef Chris creates two entree selections per night, one vegan one fish. Get the Lentil Balls! We took them home for breakfast. St Croix restaurants are expensive but this one was well worth it. We came back three nights on our vacation!!! Updated from previous review on 2021-09-13

The food was amazing and well worth it. Not a traditional restaurant setting as some would expect, regardless, we had a great experience.

Locally owned Caribbean flavored food with a vegetarian twist. Located in the heart of Christiansted town off Market Street upstairs. For you fish lovers, fish is on the menu. The peas balls are the bomb. I frequent on occassions just for those! Some of the best tasted!

My husband is vegan and I am gluten free so we always have a tough time eating out. Ital in Paradise makes it easy for us to actually enjoy a night out! Our favorite thing to do is to order ahead to pickup and bring the takeout down to the beach or the boardwalk for a picnic.
