Stopped here once during our 3 years in the UK and had a good experience. The food was similar to American food or a diner restaurant. Nothing amazing, but okay food and friendly service. Would not make a trip just for this place, but would eat here again.

Fantastic experience overall. Our waiter was friendly, efficient, and made sure we were well taken care of during our meal. The food was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked steak. I would highly suggest dining here, especially if you plan on going to the cinema afterwards - you can get 30% off your bill with a ticket. Highly recommended!

Ryan is a amazing server full of charisma and a welcoming personality. This has become some what of a regular treat each month and we can't recommend this place enough. Also we have a friend who is gf and its well catered towards that !

We were greeted by a pleasant young lady who showed us to our table. A young gentleman came and took our order but he appeared nervous, uncomfortable and kept a fair distance from the table. I clearly asked for a Vegan Dog ordered and a Classic Dog both with Fries. Our pots of teas arrived but my cup contained dust and a dead insect in it so I took this back to the waiter and was given a clean one. We then realised we had not been given sugar but luckily I had two sachets in my bag because I didn’t feel like hassling the waiter again. We then noticed when pouring milk from our small milk jugs that they had not been cleaned properly from previous usage. Our food arrived by a waitress, not the waiter who had taken the order. We started to eat our food but I was concerned the Vegan Dog ordered by my son was in fact real meat so I called over the waitress who swapped our meals over. We were still not satisfied that my son’s meal was vegan so I asked yet another waitress who confirmed neither of the meals were vegan. She took the Classic Dog from my son and replaced it with a vegan version with apologies. My bill was discounted which I appreciated but I’m afraid the whole experience was disappointing, the meal which I ended up with (a Dirty Dog not the Classic which had been taken away) was not particularly nice and I found the sausage chewy so I only ate a third of it, taking two thirds away in a napkin and discarding it. I also noticed the floor and windows were badly in need of a good clean and there was food debris and cigarette ends under some of the outside tables. Not sure what has happened to the place but afraid this will be my last visit.

We were a party of 11 on 6th August. The service by Ryan was outstanding. The food was excellent. All round brilliant evening
