Harry A's - St George Island

My friend had the rehearsal here for her high time. eating was amazing. the service was very impressive, also for a big party and personal was all friendly and fun to interact. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had read the reviews before heading to the island, and they weren't all positive. We stopped in for a beer and appetizers as we awaited check in time. Food was good, and we our food came out timely. The bar/grill was nice and clean, and looked to be a great place to hang out with frineds

We were there for two hours. Our waitress quit and never turned our ticket in. It took an hour for us to find this out. When the owners came out to tell us that our food was up next (which was a lie because it took an hour to get food), she and he both repeatedly said it isn't our fault though When our food did arrive it was cold and a filet of fish still had part of the spine in. They claimed to be busy, there was just as many empty tables as occupied ones. I understand they have been under new ownership for only a week but this was just sorry. But it wasn't there fault

Drove around island looking for restaurant. Address listed is a residential dwelling. Attempted locating by placing restaurant name into GPS — again, directions to a residential dwelling. Unable to locate establishment.

If you want to wait 3 hours to eat and love bad fried food mixed with alcohol then you are in luck. They have that! The fried grouper sandwich was about 3 oz. of actual fish and so much bread. I am not sure if anyone that works there has a clue what is going on. Over priced fried food and incompetence is not high on my list so stay away if you are not interested in that experience. If you like that then this is your spot.
